David McAtee came to real estate later in life, bringing with him something you can’t teach: perspective. Serving buyers and sellers across Tyler, Smith County, and Central East Texas, he believes in putting people before the sale, offering honest guidance — even when it’s not what someone expects to hear.
That same spirit of service extends well beyond real estate. At Cross Point Church, David is part of the Holy Smokers, a barbecue team that turns a shared passion for cooking into an opportunity to care for others, including supporting a ministry serving single mothers and their children.
For David, it all comes back to people — serving them well, earning their trust, and, when the deal is done, celebrating over a big 'ol ribeye!!
